Rolleiflex SL66 Complete [2923674]

Condition

Mechanical: Side panel removed, focus regreased and is smooth. Tilt working smoothly. Bellows light-tight. Wind mechanism and frame counter all working. Shutter is accurate across the range of speeds and curtains are clean. The darkslide can be difficult to get into the keeper on the rear of the magazine. Hood and loupe all working.

Optical: Lens clean and clear. No haze, fungus or scratches. Focusing screen has a few marks which are visible during use.

Cosmetic: Cosmetically reasonable for the age, with minor signs of use and wear. No damage or dents. A few marks to the chrome surrounds. The edges of the leatherette is peeling in some areas, which is common for these cameras.

Additional Information

The lesser known Rolleiflex, with some unique capabilities. A great alternative to some of the usual Hasselblad / Mamiya / Bronica SLR choices.

With original lens cap.
